eTRIP stands for Eating Trigger-Response Inhibition Program. A weight management program for people with overweight and obesity to track their eating behaviours over 12 weeks through a series of step-by-step prompts. It is currently used as a behavioural data collection tool for the development of a subsequent update into an interventional weight management app that provides just-in-time recommendations.
